Indictment of Joan Baker alias Johnson and Elizabeth Aylett of the same spinster bewitched there Anne, daughter of Richard Noke glover, whereby she was afflicted in diivers parts of her body until the taking of this Inquisition on 31 July following.
Joan pleads not guilty; guilty.
Elizabeth Aylett pleads not guilty; guilty.
Judgement that she be returned to prison for a year and be pilloried four times for 6 hours and each time to confess her offence. [ASS 35/18/8/19]
